Become a vital part of our team as a Front End Operations Supervisor
- Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training to all front end personnel on a daily basis.
- Oversee daily activities including break schedules, customer flow, and financial transactions.
- Be available for all shifts including opening, closing, and mid shifts.
- Collaborate with management to enhance and refine operational systems.
- Address performance issues with respect and consistency.
- Ensure the front end is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Foster a unified team environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist with pricing, ordering, and upkeep of sub-departments.
- Maintain proficiency in front end equipment and operational systems.
- Support the integrity of the pricing system.
- Promote community initiatives and encourage membership sales.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and carry out other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Experience with cash management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and inspire team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
- Physical capabilities.
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to operate office equipment consistently.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Manual dexterity with the ability to grasp items.
- Visual acuity - close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
