Key Responsibilities

The available positions include:

  • Practice Administration and Employee Engagement: The Operations Supervisor will coordinate and support various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement across different practices. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physician and allied health leaders, to foster a values-driven culture that empowers staff to deliver high-quality care. Essential duties include leading improvement initiatives, sharing best practices, and ensuring effective change management principles are integrated into operations.
  • Emergency Medicine Operations: The Operations Supervisor in Emergency Medicine will oversee daily operations for both physical and digital emergency medicine practices. This position requires close collaboration with healthcare leaders to ensure operational excellence, manage transitions smoothly, and support departmental projects. Utilizing data for informed decision-making and innovation will be key aspects of this role.
  • Pulmonary and Critical Care Management: The Operations Supervisor in Pulmonary and Critical Care will manage outpatient, inpatient, and procedural operations. Responsibilities include leading practice improvement initiatives, standardizing best practices, and driving innovation through new care delivery methods. This role also involves managing strategic initiatives for practice growth and overseeing multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement goals.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare management are required. Candidates should possess strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across various disciplines. A Master's degree in Business or Healthcare is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as sound decision-making and judgment capabilities. Familiarity with office support systems, spreadsheets, databases, and budgetary practices is also necessary.
