Inside Sales Associate Manager

Poolcorp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of inside sales associates, promoting and selling products by phone or in person. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and offering promotional sale items. You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending specific products and solutions. Additionally, you will be required to process customer orders quickly and efficiently, communicate pricing, product updates, and deliveries in accordance with standard procedures, and educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits. If you have a proven track record of meeting sales goals and growing sales, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
