Heritage Bank is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wealth Strategies Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales support to our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolve problems, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Assist advisors in building their business by providing calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, and other administrative support.
  • Operational Support: Open, route, and respond to incoming correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Compliance: Understand and maintain working knowledge of state and federal banking laws and regulations applicable to assigned area.
  • Technology: Proficiently use and understand MS Office products, Portfolio Software, and other applications.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or relevant discipline preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of recent related work experience within the financial services industry and/or providing professional office administration/support in a sales environment required.
  • Licenses: Series 7 License, Series 66 (or 63/65) License, and resident state Life and Health Insurance License preferred.
Work Environment:
  • Climate Controlled Office: Work in a climate-controlled office environment with frequent employee and customer contacts and interruptions.
  • Physical Demands: Constant use of computer screens, reading of reports, and sitting throughout the day; ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner, facsimile.
