Key Responsibilities

As a Traffic Control Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Establishing secure work zones utilizing appropriate equipment.
  • Maintaining clear communication with your team to ensure safety.
  • Managing traffic flow effectively.
  • Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients.
  • Engaging in ongoing training and development.
  • Safeguarding the company's personnel, clients, and assets by enforcing safe work practices.
  • Building relationships with both internal and external clients to drive goals and explore new business opportunities.
  • Becoming a knowledgeable resource in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in an outdoor labor environment, such as Traffic Control, Landscaping, Construction, or Military.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Traffic Control experience and an ATSSA certification.
  • A valid state driver's license.
  • Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours) and lift weights between 50-60 lbs.
  • Comfort in working in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
