About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in home and community settings. As an APRN, you will perform evidence-based medical care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain comprehensive patient records.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine medical check-ups and examinations to assess patients' health status.">
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific medical needs.">
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.">
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.">

Requirements

  • A valid APRN license.">
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).">
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of APRN experience preferred.">
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.">

  • Demonstrated proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.">
  • Strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.">
