Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Decore-ative Specialties, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our custom cabinet components to custom cabinet makers and related manufacturers in the woodworking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents and sells custom cabinet components to custom cabinet makers and related manufacturers.
  • Manages and grows an established customer base while generating new sales from inactive accounts and new leads.
  • Develops and maintains close relationships with new and existing accounts by meeting regularly to present new products, following up with customers and leads to generate new opportunities, advising customers on product offerings and industry trends, resolving customer issues with manufacturing, training customers on ordering processes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision.
  • Excellent driving record.
