We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Account Manager to join our team at Perfect Cents Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks online and desktop, as well as class coding, ADP, and Paychex reports. You will be self-motivated, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accounting, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update client bookkeeping transactions in QuickBooks with accurate details from various sources.
- Provide year-end reports and requested documents to our CPA.
- Process 1099 at the end of the year and assist with WC and GL audits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients requiring additional office support.
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks online and desktop, class coding, ADP, and Paychex reports.
- Ability to multitask, self-motivated, and organized.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Google accounts, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
- Prior experience working with multiple industries and clients.
- Bonus points for experience with Clio, Concour, AIAs, or Sage100 for contractors, as well as Notary services.
Remote Work:
- Initial in-person training will be conducted for 3 months, 3 days a week, in the greater Boston/Southern Maine area.
- After training, the position will transition to remote work.
