Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory program, including working with submitters to complete submission forms, assembling documentation, and performing transactions in our inventory system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the inventory program, including working with submitters to complete submission forms and assembling documentation
  • Perform transactions in the inventory system to set up batches for customer access and monitor batches for expiration date and inventory stock out
  • Coordinate the physical receipt of materials and communicate with the correct parties
  • Assemble evaluation testing documentation and work with labs to resolve issues
  • Track overdue protocol testing and communicate with the applicable coordinator
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directly-related experience
  • Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
