Job Overview

As a Business Integration Manager at HR Green, you'll be responsible for leading our end-to-end integration processes, crafting and refining our integration playbook, and scaling our efforts to align with our ambitious strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan for acquisitions, leveraging best practices to maximize deal value.
  2. Collaborate with the transaction team to identify key strategic, financial, and operational integration points, ensuring they're considered during the underwriting process.
  3. Establish target metrics and KPIs to track post-merger success and work with cross-functional leadership to achieve them.
  4. Design reporting templates, 100-day plans, and key integration documents to keep leadership informed throughout the process.
  5. Establish robust governance structures and drive integration timelines, deliverables, and milestones while managing reviews, reporting, and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree (preferred, but not required).
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, ideally with experience managing M&A integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel.
