Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled cook to work in our kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook and be familiar with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices, such as in refrigerators, freezers, or dry storage.
  • Keep sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
  • Control food portions and check food plating and temperatures.
  • Support kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques.
  • Help with food preparation and cooking.
Requirements and Skills
  • 2-year minimum experience as a line cook.
  • Knowledge of recipes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to aid a team in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Serve Safe Certified or equivalent is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
