Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Hawkers Asian Street Fare. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals quickly and efficiently, adhering to Hawkers' standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding order status and product availability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in training new team members and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Perform routine tasks under the direction of leadership, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Food Handlers Certification and understanding of OSHA and HACCP compliance standards.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and work in extreme temperatures.
