Client Service Specialist, Employee Benefits

At OneDigital, we're committed to helping people do their best work and live their best lives. As a Client Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our staff and clients by assisting with group enrollment, renewal processes, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attach applications to client files in Microsoft CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide support to Account Managers and Benefits Consultants
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Prepare census for new groups and renewals
  • Liaise with other brokers on associated health plan renewals
  • Create and print open enrollment materials, including benefits guidebooks and election forms
  • Update files and templates, and maintain accurate benefits records
  • Process and maintain benefits enrollment, terminations, and changes
  • Support the team with ongoing projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and database applications

We offer a competitive base pay range of $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on skills, education, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual performance and/or company performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
