Job Description

**Thinkfind Corporation** is seeking a highly skilled **IT Service Management Specialist** to join our team. As an IT Service Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process all change requests to ensure thoroughness, prioritization, scheduling, and compliance with the Change Management Process.
  • Provide assistance in updating and maintaining Change Management templates, system user access, and training users on the use of Change Management tools and processes.
  • Offer first-level support for general change management questions and processing of requests.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly change broadcasts and communications to the Change community and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of information technology principles.
  • Understanding of mid-tier applications, database, and telecommunications systems.
  • Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of IT Service Management best practices.
  • General ITIL Configuration Management and Release Management skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience applying ITIL-centric change management processes and tools to support change request activity from various application, operational, and development support groups.
  • Experience with Change Management tools such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
  • Experience querying information and developing reports using reporting tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects, etc.
  • Functional knowledge of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and conceptual relationship of configuration items.
  • Experience with PowerBI report development and report querying skills.
Education:

A Bachelor of Science or a Technical degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is desired but not required.

Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Office products such as Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS and commands.
