Customer Service Representative - Ocean Import Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Ocean Import. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with import cargo inquiries through email and phone.

Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with import cargo inquiries through email and phone
* Monitor all assigned cargo that is in transit or at terminal
* Cross-functionally communicate to manage timely delivery of cargo and escalate where needed
* Working knowledge of MS Office products

Preferred Skills:

* US Regulatory Transportation Requirement
* Knowledge of International Cargo Container Movement
* Experience with Terminal and Rail Operations
