Role Summary:


As a member of the Participant Services Department, this individual will deliver service support to Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), group plan participants, and individual contract holders.

The primary focus is to assist by processing participant-level transactions and requests submitted from various company representatives.

The Participant Services Department will manage team requests through a Salesforce workflow, including requests for written correspondence, account statement reprints, and research.

Additionally, this team will provide support to Withdrawal Processing and Beneficiary Claims departments as required.

Responsibilities:
The individual will act as support for requests initiated by participant inquiries.
Daily responsibilities encompass processing participant-level transactions and requests such as:
  • Document reprints
  • Assistance with account history and transaction research
  • Processing limited financial and non-financial transactions related to participant inquiries
  • Responding to participant information requests

Processing limited financial transactions and non-financial account updates.
Maintaining relevant Salesforce records and initiating Salesforce cases for specific tasks directed to the appropriate department(s).

Serve as a liaison for requests that may necessitate follow-up for more detailed or complex inquiries and/or fulfillment of electronic or mail correspondence.


Required Qualifications:
Exceptional business writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively during business hours.
Flexibility in working hours.
Valid driver's license.
Active FINRA SIE and Series 6, or must be obtained within the first 180 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in claims processing or working within banking/financial service processing departments.
Transactional experience, particularly in client or individual services.
