Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
