Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Access Health Louisiana. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services, including scheduling, supervising, and conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides patient care services, including routine exams, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health problems
  • Develops and implements care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborates with center staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Participates in the delivery of direct patient care within the scope of authority granted by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
Requirements
  • Current Louisiana APRN license
  • Master's degree with a concentration in the respective advanced practice nursing specialty from an accredited college or university
  • Certification by a nationally recognized certifying body
  • At least one year of experience in advanced practice nursing
