The Assistant Director of Benefits plays a crucial role in developing and implementing benefits strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the design and management of benefits and resources to support employee growth and well-being.
  • Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert to educate employees on total rewards offerings and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Team Member Health and Welfare in a hotel setting, preferably with Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict compliance and company deadlines.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high-volume requests and ensure high levels of performance.
