Geriatric Care Opportunity

Caldera Care's internal Float Pool is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse with a passion for geriatric care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, observation, and organizational skills, as well as a compassionate and caring attitude.

As a nurse with CRN Pool, LLC, you will be part of a team that plays a vital role in our centers and the lives of our residents. You will have the opportunity to combine your expertise and love for the geriatric population with a strong work ethic to provide quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality geriatric care to residents
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure
  • Experience in geriatric care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
