Geriatric Care Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a premier long-term care facility.
In this role, you will:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents with a variety of chronic conditions and complex needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other clinical tasks.
- Educate residents and their families about their care and condition.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing.
- 1-2 years of experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
- Recent graduates will be considered with documented experience in geriatric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and resident-centered care.
