Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Reporting Vice President to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our Fusion and Security Operations organization, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing processes to support the Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes and supporting documentation for the team's analytic activities
• Conduct quality assurance over the team's reports
• Create guidelines and procedures to standardize the work of the team
• Assist in the development of an analytical framework to determine the root cause and risk level of individual penetration test findings
• Participate in the analytic process to determine the root cause and risk level of individual penetration test findings
• Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of team performance metrics
• Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of enterprise metrics around risks identified during penetration testing
• Manage the process around identification of finding owners, assignment of findings for remediation, and tracking of remediation efforts

Requirements

• 5 or more years in a program management role interacting with senior cyber security and risk management executives
• Expertise in preparing and maintaining reporting materials
• Ability to communicate with and appropriately influence management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational/time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across silos

Education and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience in root cause analysis or assessing risk a plus
• Previous experience with managing workload and tracking remediation activities a plus
