Your Role
Are you enthusiastic about skincare and eager to join a global leader in the industry? Dermalogica is looking for a passionate and motivated Front Desk Associate to enhance our team.

In this position, you will be vital in fostering enduring customer relationships, offering tailored skincare guidance, and helping to meet overall store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and educate customers about Dermalogica's offerings, emphasizing FaceMapping and increasing awareness of retail products.
  • Establish strong customer relationships by providing personalized skincare recommendations and solutions.
  • Meet personal key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up, ensuring every customer feels valued.
  • Achieve monthly and annual retail and service productivity targets.
  • Utilize FaceMappings, Skin Lessons, and other Dermalogica concepts during skincare consultations.
  • Work alongside the Lead Skin Therapist to learn Dermalogica Protocols for Pro30 and Pro60 treatments.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, ingredients, and treatments in the skincare sector.
  • Maintain store policies, cleanliness, and organization.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail.
  • Preferred experience in a salon or spa environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Availability to work Sunday-Tuesday from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to engage and connect with customers and colleagues.
  • A meticulous approach to work with a commitment to cleanliness and a proactive mindset.
  • A genuine passion for skincare and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
