We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Equinox Santa Monica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our members, including facials, body treatments, and waxing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and consult with members to determine their skincare needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
  • Direct all efforts toward member satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a high level of quality.
Requirements:
  • Valid Esthetician license.
  • Minimum of one year of salon or spa experience.
  • Specific training in facial and body waxing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle clients in difficult situations.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
