About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Post Surgical Care team. As a CNC, you will be responsible for ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines
  • Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
  • A minimum of two (2) years clinical practice in the clinical specialty of assigned unit (preferred)
