Role Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing unit operations. Collaborating with the management team, you will assess and enhance nursing practices in line with established protocols. You will also serve as a key resource for staff, ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide customized, high-quality patient care.
- Assisting with patient admissions and discharges.
- Working with experts and leadership to drive improved outcomes and service quality.
- Offering coaching and training to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Aiding in staff scheduling.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Alaska.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from recognized organizations.
