About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Planning to lead our Integrated Business Planning team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust planning process that enhances business understanding, generates forward-thinking decisions, and drives value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and continuously improve our Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide direction and guidance to IBP process leaders, ensuring each step delivers expected outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders across the business to ensure data-driven decisions are at the core of business operations.
  • Develop and maintain commercial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation support.
  • Challenge, question, direct, and drive outcomes to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to design and develop scorecards, dashboards, and related reports necessary to improve decision-making.
  • Build financial and data literacy among business stakeholders to enable self-analysis of scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
  • Lead management reviews and opportunity assessment processes to identify improvement opportunities related to process efficiency, cost savings, business model expansion, and competitive advantages.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of our Minor M&A team, including business development, negotiation, due diligence, and handover to integration teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business/Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science).
  • Practical experience and theoretical understanding of Integrated Business Planning, Product Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Corporate Financial Planning.
  • 10+ years of working experience with progressively increasing professional responsibility in related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of SAP/BW, Power BI, data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven project management experience with an emphasis on communication and timeliness.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
