We're seeking a talented HomeCare Sales Specialist I for our team in Missouri. As a hybrid role, you'll spend 2-3 days per week commuting to one of our offices in St. Charles, MO; Springfield, MO; or Kansas City, MO.
Role Overview
You'll connect with people across Missouri, engaging them about our home care program and fostering meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage potential patients and caregivers through various channels (phone, social media, website) and start conversations about our program.
- Nurture interested individuals into signing up with FreedomCare by collecting and validating information needed for the intake process.
- Build sustainable relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences by going above and beyond.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Over one year of proven sales experience.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.

Compensation Package
The base pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $20.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, including skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications. The estimated annual salary for this position is $33,280 - $41,600.
