Job Summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Supervised Living home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative supervision, leadership, and guidance to subordinate staff to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and supervision of the efficient day-to-day operations of the Supervised Living home.
  • Continually evaluate opportunities for improvement in the home and implement changes as needed.
  • Communicate all required information to the Program Director on a daily basis, adhering to state and company policies.
  • Work closely with the Program Director to ensure personnel actions are carried out accurately and timely, including hiring, training, evaluating, monitoring, disciplining, and terminating.
  • Ensure all provisions of the assigned home comply with governing regulations.
  • Respond to family/guardian and patient concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Complete I/A reports and ensure follow-up is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in safe working condition and complies with all motor vehicle safety, DMH, and Millcreek regulations.
  • Ensure the safety of all individuals living in the home at all times.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and according to DMH Regulations.
  • Ensure the Supervised Living home is appropriately staffed at all times.
  • Adhere to all Millcreek and HCBS ID/DD program policies and procedures.
  • Follow all safety policies and adhere to all workers' compensation program guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School/GED or better.
  • Drivers License.
  • At least four years in-house experience preferred, with two years of experience working with children/adults with developmental disabilities.

  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated individual.
  • Flexible and motivated individual who can make an impact.
