Randstad Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Lodi, NJ to find a skilled Tool and Die Maker.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, constructing, altering, and repairing compound, progressive, and secondary dies using conventional equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and construct dies using blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions
  • Operate tool room equipment and common inspection equipment
  • Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems
  • Participate in changeovers and maintenance activities

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a mechanically based field
  • Competent operation of tool room equipment and common inspection equipment
  • Experience with stamping press or machining operations is a plus
