Job Overview

Randstad Staffing is partnering with our client in Lodi, NJ to find a skilled Tool and Die Maker. This role involves designing, constructing, altering, and repairing compound, progressive, and secondary dies using conventional equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all functions required in the design, construction, alteration, and repair of dies
  • Work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions
  • Operate Tool Room equipment and common inspection equipment
  • Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems
Requirements

A 2-year degree in a mechanically based field is required. We will provide training through a Tool and Die Maker Apprenticeship program. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
