Precision Metal Stamping Organization

Lodi, NJ

$32-$42 per hour

6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday ( flexibility on first shift)

Reporting to the Engineering/Tooling Manager, the ideal candidate will perform all
functions which are required in the design, construction, alteration and repair of
compound, progressive and secondary dies using conventional equipment. As a member
of our Team, the Tool and Die Maker will perform changeovers and assist in the
diagnoses and correction of problems.

Requires/Skills: 2-year degree in a Mechanically based field. We will train the right
person on the finer details required for the position through a Tool & Die Maker
Apprenticeship program. The candidate must be able to work from blueprints, sketches
or verbal instructions. Competent operation of Tool Room equipment and common
inspection equipment is essential. Experience with stamping press or machining
operations is a plus.
