Job Summary

The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager is a senior-level position responsible for collaborating with the Residential HVAC leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative thinking, and the capability to successfully manage and implement multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business unit leadership in the development and execution of strategies to enhance customer experience, distribution, technology, and organizational capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of business-critical projects and programs.
  • Facilitate groups of senior leaders to define organizational goals and develop solutions.
  • Analyze performance data to measure goal achievement and adjust the solutions approach as required.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Five or more years of experience leading projects and/or business consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree required with MBA preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean certification(s) preferred.
  • Data Strategy/Analysis Experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams through all project phases while managing risk and project finances.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting project updates to senior business leaders (i.e., VP level).
  • Ability and willingness to problem solve, prioritize, negotiate, and manage changing deadlines.
  • Proficient at defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions using lean/six sigma methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation for this role includes an annual base salary of $80-125,000 and an incentive plan.
