Job Summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Isle at Raider Ranch, a premier assisted living and memory care community in Lubbock, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
  • Collect and analyze pertinent health-related information to inform patient care decisions.
  • Implement service plans formulated by the Director of Health Services.
  • Administer medication per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program and currently licensed in the State of Texas.
  • At least one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in geriatric nursing, emergency care, and first aid.
  • Valid Continuing Education credits as required by the State.
  • Desirable to have training in special needs of cognitively impaired residents.
