Position Summary:
As a Senior Team Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the needs of store-level team members are effectively addressed while striving to meet the performance standards of Balance Grille Cleveland. This position involves overseeing the training of Advocate BAs in accordance with established guidelines and executing all responsibilities associated with the Advocate BA role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all tasks outlined in the Advocate BA job description.
  • Understand and implement all relevant Health Department regulations.
  • Manage team members, including monitoring attendance, maintaining professional demeanor, and delegating tasks appropriately.
  • Facilitate communication with the Front of House Leadership, Elite Team Members, and other store personnel.
  • Oversee food quality, portion sizes, and maintain temperature and waste logs.
  • Respond promptly to communications on designated platforms.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, register, and preparation zones throughout the shift.
  • Secure the premises by turning off lights and locking doors at the end of the shift.
  • Manage operational checklists effectively.
  • Uphold all standards established by training managers.
  • Train Advocate BAs to meet the expectations set by Training Leaders.
