About Our Emergency DepartmentOur 10-bed general emergency department is dedicated to serving the Nogales, AZ and surrounding communities. We are committed to providing timely and effective care to our patients, and our team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As an RN in our Emergency Department, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, in an Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN role
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & CPI certifications
