About Our Emergency DepartmentOur 10-bed general emergency department is dedicated to serving the Nogales, AZ, and surrounding communities with high-quality care.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team on a full-time basis, working evenings. As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or further care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN roles.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications within 90 days.
