Job Description

AppleOne is seeking a dedicated Banking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our banking services effectively.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement: Conducting interviews and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Sales and Referrals: Actively cross-selling services to both new and existing clients, and referring them to appropriate staff or partners when necessary.
  • Account Management: Assisting in the opening and maintenance of consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
  • Teller Transactions: Processing transactions accurately while maintaining meticulous records.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A comprehensive understanding of banking products and services.
  • Strong adherence to banking regulations and procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and identify at-risk customers.
