Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor fellow make-ready and detailing technicians
  • Manage inventory and procure necessary detailing supplies
  • Serve as a communication bridge between department personnel and sales management to streamline processes for both new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Detail customer vehicles as required
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operations
  • Document any damage and inform service to initiate claims within 24 hours
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all vehicles prior to their presentation on the sales floor
  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure timely vehicle deliveries
  • Participate in departmental meetings

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required; 1 to 3 months of relevant experience and/or training is preferred. Candidates with a comparable mix of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by experience and is competitive with industry standards.
