Job Summary

Patterson VW Tyler is seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing lube-related services for customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform lube oil filter services and vehicle inspections as required.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager and complete tasks within the allotted time.
  • Meet company production and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

The Lube Technician will be required to move throughout the company facility and may spend time outdoors in various weather conditions. The ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, lift over 50 lbs, and reach overhead is essential.
