Specific Duties:
  • Ensure timely preparation of menu items.

  • Ensure proper stock levels in grab-and-go sections.
  • Facilitate smooth service periods and production processes.
  • Monitor product quality and maintain proper storage practices.
  • Utilize logs and templates for tracking purposes.
  • Provide training to new staff as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in large-scale food service.
  • Relevant leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient cooking skills and understanding of large-scale production.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to follow directions and meet health and safety standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in all tasks.
