Job Title: Department of Homeland Security Physician Assistant Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Physician Assistant to join our team in El Paso, TX. As a Physician Assistant Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising junior healthcare professionals, and leading our team in delivering high-quality patient care.

This role requires a strong background in clinical practice, with experience in supervising and mentoring others. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex medical cases, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care, including routine check-ups, emergency room coverage, and surgical procedures
  • Supervising and mentoring junior healthcare professionals, promoting their growth and development
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a Master's degree in a relevant specialty
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others
