Senior Clinical Supervisor

This role is located within the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC), Office of Deputy Assistant Director of Clinical Services. The incumbent will report directly to the site Clinical Director, overseeing a team of federal Advanced Practice Providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the direct supervisor and rater to federal Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring their onboarding and training meet the highest standards.
- Lead national APP training initiatives, collaborating with the clinical director to augment clinical leadership and coordinate APP work schedules.
- Oversee credentialing and privileging processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate APP peer review processes, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The incumbent works in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and varying degrees of noise levels. Physical stamina may be required when responding to emergency situations.

- You must successfully pass a drug screen.
- Males born after 12/31/59 must certify registration with Selective Service.
- Service commitment: Officers are required to serve an 18 to 24-month commitment to IHSC upon appointment.
