Job Overview

Join our dedicated banquet team at Crowne Plaza Baton Rouge as a Banquet Food Server. As a banquet server, your primary responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and accommodating any specific requests from guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, as you will collaborate closely with fellow servers, banquet leaders, and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food service or hospitality sector, ideally with prior serving experience.

Availability: Must be available on weekends.

Compensation: $13 - $14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and beverages to guests.
  • Clear used plates and utensils, and monitor for spills or guest needs.
  • Refill beverages as requested, including coffee and water.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the event.
