  • Set and reset tables in line with company standards, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Assist with meal preparation as requested, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop, and front-of-house areas.
  • Participate in special events and activities as requested, showcasing your exceptional hospitality skills.
Requirements
  • A caring heart, willing to serve others, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
  • ServSafe Certification, if applicable by state requirements.
  • Food server/hospitality experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Bar Card, preferred if applicable to state requirements.
  • Ability to work with the elderly in a senior living environment, preparing food that meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards.
  • Knowledge of a POS system, a plus.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, weekends, and pre-planned special events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with staff and residents.
