Job Opportunity

PrideStaff is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales Assistant/Project Coordinator. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The hourly pay rate is $13-$15 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales representatives in managing print and direct mail projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Participate in customer service, billing, and follow-up activities.
  • Verify necessary information from customers and previously produced jobs to properly process projects in a production plant.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate with customers on project details, including quotes, distribution of proofs, production timeframes, delivery information, and follow-up after job completion.
  • Create job tickets with production information and ensure accuracy and currentness.
  • Provide in-house support for outside sales representatives in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently initiate production processes, following procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and organizational skills.
  • Customer/service-oriented individual.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office programs and email.
  • Experience in customer service in printing or prepress industry preferred but not required.
