  • Primary Role: Utilize hand tools to disassemble, cleanse, sanitize, and reassemble filling machinery in a moist environment. Adhere to instructions from Area Engineer, Group Leader, or technician.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Acquire proficiency in the use of hand tools for equipment disassembly and reassembly.
    • Interpret and follow cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
    • Conduct cleaning of kettles on the packaging floor as required.
    • Examine components for damage during disassembly.
    • Adhere to company regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cleanliness, and safety.
    • Propose enhancements for improved operational efficiency.
    • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
    • Perform additional duties as needed.
  • Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
    • Capability to understand training on operational processes.
    • Meet visual and auditory requirements.
    • Lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver containers weighing up to 400 lbs.
    • Stand and walk for 90% of the workday.
    • Sit for 10% of the workday.
