Exciting Career Opportunity: MRI Technologist Role

Position Overview:

  • Conduct a range of magnetic resonance imaging procedures, from standard to advanced techniques.
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment for all imaging services.
  • Actively seek and provide constructive feedback to enhance clinical practices.

Required Experience:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in the role of MRI Technologist.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two-year radiology program is required.

Licensure and Certification:

Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography is mandatory.

Must possess MR advanced registration through ARRT or secure it within the first year of employment.

Compliance with state licensure requirements is essential.

BLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of both routine and advanced MRI procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and data management systems.
