Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Measure and record fluid and food intake and output
  • Recognize and report observations of changes in condition or resident needs to Licensed Nurse
  • Document resident care appropriately before the end of shift

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
