- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to meet customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determining technical solutions and recommending actions to company representatives.
- Assess product needs and conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Act as a local on-site representative to customer organizations, assisting with maintenance contracts and complex system configurations.
- Conduct site, software, and equipment inspections to perform installations and preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Develop plans and procedures for installation or systems and software, and diagnose and repair hardware, software, and systems failures.
- Implement test plans and procedures in accordance with contract requirements for the verification of deliverable systems.
- Lead Field Support input on small proposal efforts and perform complex technical evaluations and resolve critical technical problems on fielded systems.
- Represent the company at program and customer reviews, and serve as a subject matter expert working with tactical customers to accomplish initial installation, configuration, and reconfiguration of software applications.
- Experience with Linux, ORACLE, VMware, and Hypervisor.
- Strong technical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally, including to combat zones.
